Connect your platforms
Click "Add platform" in your dashboard, pick from the list (Stripe, Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Ko-fi, Patreon, Buy Me a Coffee, Teachable, Thinkific, Whop, or Paddle), and authorize with OAuth.
Owelet requests read-only access. We can see your transactions and payouts — we cannot issue refunds, change prices, or move money. Your platform credentials never touch our servers.

Owelet pulls your transaction history
Once connected, Owelet fetches your historical transactions — every sale, subscription payment, refund, and fee — going back as far as the platform's API allows. New transactions sync automatically.
Each transaction is normalized into a common format: gross amount, platform fee, payment processing fee, net amount, currency, product name, customer country, and timestamp. This lets you compare apples to apples across platforms that report data differently.

Platform fees are broken out individually so you can see exactly where your money goes. A creator grossing $5,000/month across three platforms might lose $180 to Stripe, $120 to Gumroad, and $95 to Patreon — Owelet shows each line.
